HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Browse Our Product Catalogue and Add to Your Shopping Cart:

When you see a product that you are interested in purchasing, simply click on the PHOTO and a pop-up window will appear. In that window you will find details for the product. To add an item to your shopping cart, first choose the appropriate size, then the preferred colour from the dropdown lists, then click on the “Add to Cart” button.

Each time you “Add to Cart” you will be taken to your Shopping Cart page where you can review all the items that you have added thus far. On this page you can choose to do one of the following:

  • You can continue shopping by either clicking on the “Continue Shopping” button located at the bottom of the list of all the items in the cart, or by simply clicking on the “SHOP” menu button at the top of the page. This takes you back to the underwear catalogue to continue to view and add more items that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
  • Proceed to complete your order by clicking on the “Proceed To Checkout” button situated on the right-hand-side of the page
  • increase or decrease the quantity of a specific item which you have in the cart. Once you have completed the changes to the quantities, please click on the “Update Shopping Cart” button located at the bottom of the list of all the items in the cart
  • Remove an item from your cart by clicking on the “bin” icon to the right-hand-side of the specific item you wish to remove

Remove all items from your cart, by clicking on the “Empty Cart” button located at the bottom left of the list of all items in the cart

Proceed To the Checkout Page to Complete Your Order:

When you have reviewed the list of items that you have added to your Shopping Cart and you are satisfied that you are ready to complete your order, please click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button on the right-hand-side of the Shopping Cart page.  This will then take you to the “Checkout” page to complete your order, and get you one step closer to acquiring our high quality underwear.  It can be noted that you will notice that above the “Proceed to Checkout” button, you are able to get a quick summary of the cost of your order

Complete Your Order:

When you have clicked the “Proceed to Checkout” button on the shopping cart page you will then be taken through the Checkout process.  The steps will be as follows:

  • Checkout Method: Here you are presented with only one option to “Checkout as Guest”. To continue, please click on the “Continue” button
  • Billing Information: This step requires you to fill in your name, address, and contact information. This information will be used for billing purposes, and the address is also used as the location where your ordered items will be delivered. The contact information is important, should we need to contact you concerning your order. When all fields have been completed, please click the “Continue” button
  • Delivery Method: This step simply informs you of the calculated delivery fee for the order that is being completed. Kindly note that the fees will also include the Courier incidental charges, like fuel surcharge, etc. You can click here to see the shipment fees and country zones. Please review, then click on the “Continue” button
  • Payment Information: Here you receive information on how to proceed to pay for your order once it has been completed. Please read carefully and follow these instructions in order to ensure your payment will be successful.

Order Review: This step allows you to review the list of items which you have decided to purchase. Once you are happy with your list of items, please click on the “Place Order” button to complete the Checkout process. Please note that if you do need to make changes to the items in your cart (need to add or remove items) then you can click on the words “Edit Your Cart” located on the bottom right-hand-side, under the Grand Total

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE STYLE, SIZE AND/OR COLOUR OF AN ITEM I SEE IS IN STOCK?

  • When you click on the photo item the pop-up window has the details of the style, material composition, availability of the item, size, and colour.
  • It is the decision of the purchaser to consider an upsize if the thighs and butt are on the big side
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only and though rare, may slightly differ from the actual product.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

If we have not yet packaged your order, you can request a change or cancel your order. If you have just submitted your order online, send an email to erosgenos@gmail.com. Be sure to include your full name and address and telephone contact information. Please provide complete details on the information that you would like to correct or change. When we have made the change on your order, we will provide you an email or telephone confirmation. If we are unable to change or cancel your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.

WHEN IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?

All orders are usually processed the same day the payment confirmation is received.

DELIVERY

Purchased items are delivered by DHL Couriers outside of Trinidad and Tobago. Delivery is done only during the Courier Companies working hours.  No deliveries will be done on weekends and public holidays. With respect to delivery of merchandise to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to the merchandise shall pass to the buyer upon agreement of the collection method. Accordingly, Erosgenos shall also not be liable or responsible for packages delivered to you through any third party with whom you arrange for receipt on your behalf.  Additionally, once your Order has been processed and picked up by the Courier Company, your items are now in the possession of the Courier Company and no longer our responsibility.  Erosgenos will send you the Tracking Number of your package, so when you check, it will convey the current status, day/time of arrival/delivery.

DHL SHIPPING RATES are based on 1lb(0.45kg) minimum as the lowest rate. 15 pieces of underwear is 1 lb(0.45kg). So whether you buy 1 item or 15 underwear items, the shipping charge will be for 1 lb(0.45kg). We recommend you take this into account and order quantities to make for an economical shipping cost. MAINTENANCE

Laundering of men’s underwear used to be pretty basic because it was basic – white cotton. Well, no more. Men’s underwear not only comes in a variety of colors and styles, but also different fabrics. Therefore, care should be taken in reading the labels before washing.

  • Maintenance of underwear are expected to be done through the use of a Lingerie Bag
  • The underwear should be sorted by colours prior to washing
  • The underwear should either be hand-washed or machine-washed.
  • NO chemicals or bleach should be used
  • Only cold water or normal tap water should be used. NOT hot water!
  • If being machine-washed and there is no Lingerie Bag, the underwear should be washed in the “wool” or “low” cycle.

Tumble dry on medium. Remove underwear promptly from dryer to reduce wrinkling. Drying underwear in the sun makes them matted and may contribute to unwanted damage over time

Return/Refund Policy

As the items sold are undergarments and are personal and intimate in nature, Erosgenos cannot entertain requests for returns or refunds. Customers are to ensure that the reference numbers, colours and sizes of the items being purchased are accurate in the Shopping Cart before proceeding to Check Out

  1. Erosgenos.com will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure and we will not be liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
  2. Your personal details are kept ONLY for processing orders. You may wish for your account details to be deleted or modified at any time.  Please note, that from time to time, we will use your details on file to send you marketing information about new products and styles. Your personal details will not be shared with anyone/or organization

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

  • Security for sensitive credit card information is a top priority. NO credit card data is stored on the erosgenos website itself. When you make a payment online through the erosgenos checkout, WIPAY provides a secure, encrypted gateway between erosgenos.com and your bank so online purchasing and your credit card details are always safe. No erosgenos staff ever get to see your credit card details unless you provide them via a telephone order – then they are shredded and destroyed immediately after the Order is completed

COMBINED SHIPPING
Where a customer has placed several orders to the same address, erosgenos reserve the right to combine shipments unless pre advised not to via the customer notes section at the time of order.
